What host do you recommend or use?

what do you mean like internet host or what?

For my forum, I use JFB. 

For my pictures, I use both Photobucket and Imageshack. I'll Always use Imageshack first because of their unlimited space and bandwidth, but I'll use Photobucket as a back up just in case the server a particular image was hosted on goes down or something. So if one of my skins is missing an image, I can quickly log into my Photobucket account, and then replace the Imageshack link with the Photobucket link. I figure that it is easier than having to scroll through the 1,000s of images hosted on my Imageshack account.. (which I've had since 2004) 

For my website, I use freehostia.com They offer more on their free accounts than any other host I've seen. In addition to that, upgrading to their paid accounts are easy, and they aren't very expensive.

I use theplanet.com great hosting and it is always up

I use Forummotion, I recommend it because it owns any other host.
